    They're bright and decent quality, but they aren't fluorescent.

    When i opened the packet, despite them being bright and an appealing colour, I could tell they didn't fluorese, so I put them under the black light and can confirm these are NOT fluorescent. So if you're after bright aolid colours, these look great, but if you're specifically wanting fluorescent flights do not get these.
