Unfortunately we no longer have a shopfront where you can come in and purchase or try out products. However, we offer a click and collect service at a charge of £1.95 during the hours of 9am until 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 2pm Friday. Please call when you are outside to place your order on 01656 652121. This service is not currently available online.
Delivery and Shipping
For UK deliveries: we aim to dispatch the goods within 24 hours
(excluding from 11:00am Saturday and Sunday, UK Holidays and Bank
Holidays) of your order being accepted. Personalised goods will be
dispatched 7-21 days, re-pointed darts will be despatched within 1-3
working days (excluding weekends, UK Holidays and Bank Holidays) from
when your order is accepted. We aim to deliver the goods within 2 days
of dispatch (excluding weekends, UK Holidays and UK Bank Holidays).
Larger items such as dartboards will be delivered within 2 days via
courier. Red Dragon cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting
from the postal or courier providers. Please note if your order contains
personalised items despatch can take anything up to 21 working days. If
you live outside mainland UK (Isles, EU or Non EU) your order will be
despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holiday periods and bank
holidays) unless we need to obtain a quote.
Adverse weather conditions may affect deliveries
Royal Mail advise that you wait up to 7 days until you contact us. If you still have concerns please call us on 01656 652121 or alternatively contact us via WhatsApp Click Here. Don’t forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out.
All small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail. All larger items or mixed orders are delivered via a courier service and will need a signature upon receipt. If there is no one home they will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
Alternatively, they may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour.
You can have your order sent tracked 24 at a cost of £4.95 which is available at the checkout. If you would like your order sent special delivery by 9:00am or 1:00pm, you can call our Sales Team for a quote on 01656 652121. Also, please look at the shipping methods in the table below. One of these options may better suit your delivery requirements at a lower cost.
This service applies to UK mainland only. It covers darts £50 or over and small items totalling £50 or over.
Shipping Methods – UK Mainland
Our postage costs are as little as £1.95 with tracking and express shipping options available. However, if you do live overseas such as Isles, EU or Non EU the postage costs will increase depending on how heavy your parcel is. If you are curious as to how much the postage is, add the item(s) to the shopping basket and select your delivery country, the page will then state the postage cost for you. The table below shows our postage costs for UK mainland.

Yes, you can exchange your darts providing they are in a re-sale condition and it’s within the 14 days of purchase. The return of your item(s) must be paid at your own expense and we would suggest sending through a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items on transit. Please remember to include your name and address with your returned items. Personalised items (darts, shafts, cases and flights) cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
