I have been lucky enough to have a few private chats with Steve ^Bomber^ Brown in recent months, so knew that something big was around the corner for his darts academy - well now the news can be released....

Darts ace Steve “The Bomber” Brown has joined Rileys as a Darts Club Professional and will take charge of youth academies at at seven Rileys clubs in the South West.
Brown, 30, of Whitchurch, Bristol, will develop  academies for players aged eight to 16 in Bristol, Exeter, Gloucester, Plymouth, Taunton, Torquay and Worcester.

Brown won his maiden pro tour title in February 2011, notching up a notable victory over PDC No 6 Simon Whitlock.

Brown said: “I’m delighted to join the team at Rileys. The Darts Zones facilities are a top class place to practice and compete.  There are a lot of talented players in the South West and I hope we can help develop some future World Champions in the youth academies.”
