William ' Willie' O'Connor started competing in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events in 2009, two short years after he secured his PDC Tour Card. Over time, 'The Magpie' has made a significant impact within the darts community, obtaining his first PDC title in 2019, when he won the Players Championship 13 and additionally showcased a stunning 115.10 average, beating Rob Cross 4-1 at the 2019 World Cup of Darts. More recently, O'Connor has further solidified his status among the top players when he reached the semi-finals of the 2022 UK Open.
