Your Right to Change Your Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund for most items bought online. Here's what you need to know:

1. 14-Day Return Period
   • You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase.
   • If you change your mind, you can return the item for a refund.
   • The refund will be minus the cost of returning the item.
2. Exceptions: When You Can't Return an Item You don't have the right to return: a) Personalized items, such as:
   • Custom flights
   • Personalized nylon ring grip shafts
   • Personalized polymer shafts
   • Customized cases b) Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons, if you've opened them c) Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery
