The picture below shows Mick Baker, winner of the Winmau Centre Thursday Night Champions League signing his twelve months contract with Winmau with the centre owner Dharam Singh congratulating him.
The new season has got underway and setting the pace is last season’s runner up Kevin Harris and newcomer Les Marson who after four games are both on 22 points. Reigning champion Mick Baker is currently in fourth place on 19 points but he has played one game fewer than the three players above him.

At the time of going to print teams in the Winmau Centre Monday Night League have played the first six games and leading the way with 221 points is 3 Yam Yams and A.Stokie with Is It In and The Outcasts both just six points behind them, however there is still a long way to go and who knows who will be winners at the end of the season will it be 3 Yam Yams and A.Stokie who as What Are Thooose last season are reigning champions or could it be The Untouchables who are currently fourth with 207 points and actually won the title two seasons ago or could there be a new name to add to the list of winners?
