Wesley Harms wins 2019 Scottish Open
Wesley Harms won the 2019 BDO’s Scottish Open on Sunday night, beating Cody Harris 6-5 in the final in Renfrew, Scotland.The Dutch ace added his second Scottish title, with his first victory back in 2013, and becoming only the second man to win the tournament twice, after Robbie Green.
Wes dominated the final with some great scoring, leading 5-1, but Harris hung in and pushed him hard on every leg, winning four legs on the spin to take the match to a decider. With the New Zealander in control it was his match to take, but Harms showed his superb experience, and dug in to deliver a stunning 13-dart leg to take the Title for the second time..
Lisa Aston wins ladies 2019 Scottish Open title
Lisa Aston stormed her way to claim the Ladies Scottish open Darts Title, beating Fallon Sherrock 5-1 in a one-sided final. This was Lisa's first ever Ladies Scottish Open Title in in her amazingly dominant career that includes Four Ladies World Championship titles.
