John Green, with 97 points, has taken over as outright leader of the Belgrave Social Individual League. In second place is Mick Smith on 93 points with a game in hand and then a further two points adrift come’s Robert Mills, who also has played one game fewer than Green. Mills gained an important 2-1 win over Mark Hollyoake. Hollyoake, despite lying in seventh place on 83 points has a massive five games in hand of Green and wins in all five would see him race into pole position.

There were 180’s this week for Robert Mills, Mick Smith, Gordon Clinton, Steve Hawkes and Andy Hanslow.

There were 8-1 wins for KCA and Heartlands, the top two teams in the Aston League. KCA hold the number one spot with 24 points, two more than Heartlands, but then come’s a four points gap and three teams, Kings Ex Service, Old Oscott WMC and Mitre all on 18 points.

KCA beat Highcroft Social, while Heartlands accounted for Aston Social. R.Clarke (Yew Tree) recorded a 160 break despite his team losing 5-4 to Brookvale Sinners.
