Gian van Veen

Gian “GVV” van Veen is one of the fastest-rising stars on the PDC circuit.

After securing a two-year Tour Card at Q-School in January 2023, the Dutchman quickly made his mark on both the ProTour and the TV stage. His breakthrough moment came at the 2025 Machineseeker European Championship, where he claimed his first major title with a dramatic 11–10 victory over Luke Humphries.

A dominant force at youth level, Van Veen is a two-time World Youth Champion (2024 & 2025). His momentum carried through to Alexandra Palace, where he reached the 2025/26 World Darts Championship final.

Now ranked World No. 3, Van Veen’s rapid ascent has earned him a BetMGM Premier League debut in 2026.
