Bullseye was first made for the ITV Network in 1981 and ran from 1982 until 1995. The show was watched by around 17 million viewers in its primetime Sunday slot and remains part of many people’s childhood history.  Repeats of Bullseye are currently aired on the Challenge Channel, part of the Sky platform.

John Lowe won the World Darts Championship title in three different decades - 1979, 1987 and 1993. He achieved the ultimate feat in darts in 1984 when he managed a 9 dart finish, the sport’s perfect game! This was the first time this had ever been accomplished by any darts player while being televised. As well as his three World titles, John also won two Winmau World Masters championships, two British Open titles, two British Matchplay championships, two World Cup Singles and three European Cup Singles titles. He played for England over 100 times and was captain for seven years, during which time his team were unbeaten.

Bob Anderson was world number one for over three years in the late 1980s. Nicknamed The Limestone Cowboy, he threw his first darts maximum (180) at the age of just five.  He was training for the 1968 Olympics, but tragically broke his arm before the team left for Mexico, an injury which brought an end to his javelin-throwing career. Bob has had a long and successful darts career winning the World Championship in 1988 and the Winmau World Masters in 1986, 1987 and 1988 - the first man to win the Masters in three successive years

Martin Adams

Martin Adams is the BDO World number one, and three-time, and reigning BDO World Champion. He has been captain of England since 1993/94 - the longest any individual player has held that role. Martin is a darts legend and emulated Bob Anderson’s amazing feat of winning the Winmau World Masters in 3 successive years with his victory in 2010. He has won many BDO Open events and twice won the WDF singles. He is known worldwide as "Wolfie”.

The host and comedian for the tour will be Neil Wheatley
