WDDA Winmau Classic 2016

The first event in the "Road to the Winmau Tour” 2016 is the 2nd World Disability Darts Association (WDDA) Winmau Classic.

The tournament will be staged by the British Disability Darts Association (BDDA), and will take place at Weoley Castle Working Men’s Club, Birmingham, UK on the 9th of April.

The "Road to the Winmau Tour” will culminate in 16 players being selected to play at the Winmau WDDA World Masters Championships, which will take place at the new home of the world’s oldest major tournament – the incredible Copper Box Arena in London - from 24th - 27th November 2016.

8 players from the UK will be selected from ranking points gained on the "Road to the Winmau Tour”. 4 players will be selected by international organisers who have run World Disability Darts Association tournaments in 2016, and 4 players will be selected by Winmau as wildcards and will include the Winmau WDDA World Masters 2015 champion, Vince D’Hond.

Good luck to those 30+ players that are taking part in the event, and thanks to Pip Blackwell for helping with the prize ceremony.
