The Iceman is Back with a World Champion Special Edition Range

Celebrating one of the most tantalising stories in World Sport – we salute the rise of “The Iceman” Gezzy Price winning the 2021 PDC World Championship and claiming an historic World Number 1 spot, all within 7 years of securing his PDC Tour Card.

These darts are in honour of the Iceman’s impact on the game, the lasting legacy it could have in changing the face of the sport, and what is now achievable. Gerwyn said "There is no feeling like winning the World Championship, but to secure the World Number 1 position as well, is just beyond anyone's wildest dreams and it’s like winning 2 major titles at the same time".

The Iceman has sent records tumbling at the 2021 PDC World Championship in his game with Stephen Bunting, where they secured the most ever ton-plus finishes in a single game, but not content with that Gezzy went on to throw the highest ever record set average of 136.64 during the final, blowing away Gary Anderson to claim his first ever PDC World Championship Title.

Gezzy’s latest darts are built on the DNA of his tried and tested Blue Original range, but he was keen to get something that fitted well with his sleek black look and this is exactly what the World Championship SE range was designed to do.

Featuring the Iceman’s legendary grip system, stunning Onyx coating and Ice White Nitro Tech shafts, all showcased with the latest, single-star World Champion Ionic flights.

Gerwyn said "Making darts is an art form and Red Dragon's production team gives me the ability to have so many sets that I can use with total confidence, as I’m always looking for anything to give me even the smallest advantage and to maintain my peak performance"

These latest World Champion SE darts mark the second player line in a row from Red Dragon, following Peter "Snakebite" Wrights World Champion SE range just a year before, and uniquely having back-to-back World Champions.

The Iceman's first event as World Champion and World Number 1 will be on the 29th of January in Milton Keynes at the PDC Ladbrokes Masters, where he will face the winner of Joe Cullen and Stephen Bunting in Round 2.

With Darts super TV performers helping make the sport become COVID-19 proof, combined with an exciting new extended field, attracting millions of new fans on TV this next PDC major promises to be another superb event.
