Five points and a game in hand is the position Jason Evans holds at the top of the Brook Meadow Individual League after a further 3-0 win over Colin Farrington followed by a 2-1 success against Martin Cooper. Second to Evans is Ross Macken, who had two 3-0 victories in his games with Sean Lysaght and Brian Cooper. Despite his defeat at the hands of Evans Colin Farrington holds on to third place with 62 points, but hot on his heels comes reigning champion Ian McFarlane who with 61 points has played three games fewer than Macken and Farrington and two less than Evans. Maximum wins in his games in hand would see McFarlane move up the table to second place.
