Trade In to Trade Up - Terms & Condition

These terms and conditions apply to Red Dragon Dart’s Trade In to Trade Up programme and will govern the relationship between yourself and . By taking part, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Please read them before you submit. By placing your order and ticking the box during checkout (or otherwise confirming as requested during your purchase), you are accepting and agreeing to these Trade In Terms and acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with Nodor International Limited trading as Red Dragon Darts UK a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 2886136 and our registered office is at South Road, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 3PT UK.

 

1. Acceptance

You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you provide us with the Item for inspection. You confirm you are either the owner of the Item or you have obtained express permission from the rightful owner to trade it in.

 

2. Eligibility

This trade-in is open to complete sets of tungsten dart barrels only but may be of any brand or any condition (“Item”). All other darts which are not tungsten barrelled darts are ineligible for consideration; this ineligibility extends to any tungsten barrelled darts that constitute stolen or counterfeit items (“Eligibility Criteria”).

 

If your submission includes any items that do not meet the Eligibility Criteria, we won’t be able to process it or issue the offer. We also reserve the right to reject any items that are unsafe, damaged beyond recognition, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for processing (“Condition Threshold”).

 

3. Provisional Nature of the Offer

Any discount estimate or indication provided prior to inspection is provisional and non-binding. The final offer will only be confirmed once we’ve received and inspected your Items. By submitting, you accept that the offer may be revised or withdrawn following inspection.

 

4. Prepaid Returns Label

Once your submission is accepted as eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label. Here’s what to know:

• The label can be printed at home using a standard printer.

• Alternatively, you may take the label to your nearest Post Office, where it can be printed for you.

• Please pack your darts securely before posting.

• Please keep a note of your tracking number when you post in order to assist us with any queries.

• Please note that you will bear the risk and responsibility for any items sent in respect of this programme until such items have been accepted for inspection on our premises.

 

5. Inspection Process

When your darts arrive, our team will carry out a full inspection to verify that they’re eligible. This includes:

• Confirming the barrels are tungsten and meet the Eligibility Criteria.

 

Once the inspection is complete, we will confirm whether your submission is accepted and issue you with a discount code if applicable. Please allow a few working days for inspection and processing.

 

6. The Discount Offer

If your trade-in is accepted, you’ll receive a discount code for 25% off one set of darts. A few things to note:

• The 25% discount applies to one set of darts only per trade-in accepted.

• Where multiple sets of darts are present in your basket, the discount will automatically be applied to the highest priced set.

• The discount code will be issued via email once your trade-in has been approved.

• Your code carries no monetary value at the acceptance stage — it activates once your darts have been verified.

• The code is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

7. Voucher Issuance

We’ll only issue your code once we’re satisfied everything meets the Eligibility Criteria. Items that do not meet the Eligibility Criteria will be classified as ineligible and not qualify for the advertised trade-in discount.

 

Ownership of eligible Items shall transfer to us once the final offer is accepted. Due to processing and handling costs, items that do not meet the Eligibility Criteria or Condition Threshold will not be returned unless you request their return within 7 days of our notification and pay the applicable postage fee. If no request is received within the stated period, ownership of the ineligible items will transfer to us regardless of whether we issue any voucher or exchange.

 

We may at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill discount or alternative benefit in exchange for ineligible items. The goodwill discount is not guaranteed, does not form part of the programme and does not create any contractual entitlement of any kind.

 

8. Contacting You

If there’s an issue with your submission — such as ineligible items — we’ll get in touch using the details you provided. Please make sure your contact information is accurate when you submit.

 

9. Our Right to Amend or Reject

We reserve the right to:

• Change the trade-in offer at any time, including after a provisional offer has been communicated.

• Reject any submission that does not meet the Eligibility Criteria or falls below the required Condition Threshold.

• Withdraw or modify this programme at any time without prior notice.

Our decision in all matters relating to the trade-in programme is final.
