PDC World Championship Match-Played Dartboard Giveaway Terms
By participating in this competition, you agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The competition is run by Nodor International Ltd (including group company Red Dragon Darts) of South Road, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, CF31 3PT (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older, residents of the United Kingdom and registered members of the Red Dragon Loyalty programme at the time of purchase.
2.2 A qualifying purchase of £30 or more in a single transaction, after any discounts, promotions, or reward redemptions and excluding delivery charges, made on the Red Dragon website during the Promotion Period is required for entry.
2.3 Employees of Nodor International Ltd, its group companies, agents, suppliers, and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.
2.4 By participating, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded.
3. Entry Limits and Cost
3.1 One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase as defined in clause 2.2 during the Promotion Period. No separate entry form is required.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to submit multiple entries, or otherwise acts in breach of these terms.
4. How to Enter
4.1 The competition runs from 06/01/2026 at 00:01 GMT until 18/01/2026 at 23:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”).
4.2 To enter, entrants must during the Promotion Period:

Be a registered Red Dragon Loyalty member; and

Complete a qualifying purchase as defined in clause 2.2 on the Red Dragon website using their registered account.
4.3 Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.
4.4 Purchases made outside of the Promotion Period will not be included.
4.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully included due to technical faults, website downtime, payment failures, or other issues outside its reasonable control.
4.6 The Promoter will not accept responsibility if a participant’s loyalty account details or contact information are incomplete or inaccurate.
4.7 If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded (in full or in part), cancelled, or reduced below the £30 minimum spend threshold for any reason, the associated entry will be void and withdrawn from the prize draw.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize is one (1) of ten (10) match-played dartboards from the PDC World Darts Championship 2025/26.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.4 The prize is valid only for the winners.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries generated by qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The winners will be notified by email on 19/01/2026 using the email address associated with their Red Dragon Loyalty account.
6.3 The Promoter will make two attempts to contact each winner by email.
6.4 If a winner does not respond within three (3) days of the first notification email, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.6 As part of prize confirmation, winners must provide their full name and a valid shipping address for prize delivery.
7. Delivery of the Prize
7.1 Match-played dartboards will be sent via courier or postal service to the shipping address provided, within five (5) working days of confirmation, subject to availability and delays outside the Promoter’s control.
7.2 Winners are responsible for ensuring they can receive delivery and provide any necessary delivery instructions.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any prize that is lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit once handed to the delivery provider, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence. Reasonable assistance will be provided where appropriate.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
8.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter and Red Dragon Darts for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners, and marketing, in accordance with the Red Dragon Privacy Policy.
8.2 Entrants may withdraw from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
8.3 Participants may request the names of the winning participants by emailing sales@reddragondarts.com after winners have been confirmed.
8.4 Winners agree to the Promoter announcing their first name and country of residence only across Red Dragon channels, including website, email, and social media.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize.
9.2 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms where necessary.
10.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
10.3 The competition and these terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
