Scotland’s Ross Montgomery and Deta Hedman took the singles Winmau British Classic titles with solid performances all day.
The Winmau Classic was played at a new event in Braintree that was very well received by all the players.
Stuart Kellet, a relative unknown played superbly against several of the BDO big guns, including superb scalps in current Lakeside World Champion Martin Adams and Lakeside Finalist Tony O’Shea in the in last 16.
