New Champions League for Winmau Darts Centre by Alan Towe

Tonight (9th April) the Winmau Darts Centre – based at Wolverhampton Sports Arena in the West Midlands will be kicking off their Winmau Thursday Night Champions League, consisting of a maximum 64 players in a singles league, with cash prizes from first to last. In addition to sponsorship money, all cash in will be paid out; but as a major bonus for the eventual winner there will be a twelve months Winmau sponsorship award (terms apply).

Match night will consist of members playing two games, each of them being the best of seven legs with players playing all seven legs in both games as all winning legs will count as points.
