At week seventeen of the Ripley Elite Darts Singles Winter League and from a line up of twenty six players Daz Brown leads the field in the Sportsdale Premier Division with a total of 65 points from 18 games. Paul Baker, who has also played 18 games is second in the table, five points adrift of Brown, with Ash Spencer lying in third place on 57 points, but with a game in hand on the two players above him. Dave Allcock, similar to Spencer also has 57 points, but from 18 games.

Special mention must be made for Joanne Oldershaw, who from a strong male contingency is having a great season with ten wins from nineteen games and with 50 points is in a very respectable eighth position level on points with seventh in the table Alan Evans.

At this point of the season Paul Baker has hit the most maximums, a total of 11 in his 18 games. The highest finish so far is 155 supplied by Dave Allcock, while the least darts of ten was recorded by Ash Spencer, who also has the best average of 30.92.

Just eight points separate the top five players in division one, Ian Allcock in pole position with 71 from 19 games, then comes Ash Wood with 68 followed by Paul Hodges on 67 but with a game in hand on the two players above him.

Colin Rich is currently fourth with 65 points and Kev Wragg fifth with 63. However, Ty Ward snr despite being in seventh position and 15 points adrift of the leader has only played 16 fixtures and has three games in hand on five of the players above him.

Divisional leader Allcock has the highest average of 26.70, with Colin Rich the most 180’s of which he has hit 10. Kev Wragg has chalked up a 157 checkout and Keith Cooper has supplied the least darts, a winning leg in 12 darts.
