ADC GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2026: 128 PLAYERS. ONE SHOT. NO SECOND CHANCES.

The Amateur Darts Circuit is turning the dial all the way up.

For 2026, the ADC Global Championship explodes into a brand-new era expanding to 128 players and switching to a straight knockout format for the first time ever. No safety net. No second chances. Just pure, high-stakes darts from the very first throw.

From November 1st – 8th, the MODUS Live Lounge in Portsmouth becomes the battleground. A full week. 16 live sessions. Every dart live on Pluto TV. A packed crowd. An atmosphere you can feel in your chest.

This isn’t evolution. It’s a statement.

MORE PLAYERS. MORE PATHWAYS. MORE FIRE.

The headline change? Opportunity.

Jumping from 56 to 128 players means 72 more spots on the global stage. More regions represented. More players chasing the moment. More stories ready to explode.

And the qualification system backs it up:

  • Regional Ranking Number Ones step straight in
  • VAULT Series 14 –18 consistency gets rewarded
  • Top two players from each region’s combined standings earn their place

This is about graft. Commitment. Showing up week after week and earning your shot when it matters.

GLOBAL BY NAME. GLOBAL BY NATURE.

This year, the ADC goes even bigger.

Players will arrive from Africa, Canada, Australia, across Europe, and throughout the UK and Ireland, turning the Global Championship into exactly what it promises: a worldwide proving ground.

Different styles. Different routes. Same goal.

One champion.

STRAIGHT KNOCKOUT. MAXIMUM PRESSURE.

The round robin is gone. In its place: a straight knockout structure that raises the stakes from the very first dart.

No more round robin. It’s now straight knockout from the start.

Lose and you’re out. Win and you move on.

It’s relentless, unforgiving, and built for players who thrive under pressure - where every leg, every visit, and every moment can define your run.

THE STAGE IS SET

The MODUS Live Lounge delivers the perfect setting - tight, electric, relentless.

  • 16 live sessions
  • Double sessions every day
  • A crowd right on top of the action
  • Every dart broadcast live on Pluto TV

No hiding. No escape. Just you, the board, and the pressure.

A WORD FROM ADC

Scott Hunt summed it up:

ADC Global Championship 2026 is a huge step forward for us and for the wider amateur game. Expanding from 56 to 128 players is about creating more opportunity, opening more doors, and giving more players the chance to compete on a true global stage.

This is about building something bigger, more inclusive and more meaningful for players across the ADC pathway.

And that’s exactly what this is.

Bigger. Louder. More inclusive. More ruthless.

THE NUMBERS

  • 128 players
  • Straight knockout
  • 8 days of action
  • 16 live sessions
  • £126,000 prize fund

THIS IS WHAT IT COMES DOWN TO

128 step up.
One walks away.

The ADC Global Championship 2026 isn’t just a tournament — it’s a pressure cooker for the next wave of talent. A global stage where reputations are built in real time.

No formats to hide behind.
No easy routes.
No second chances.

Just darts. Raw and unforgiving.

Game on. 🎯
