There was a shock for newcomers Forget-Me-Not in division two of the Sheldon and District Winter League as they went down 5-4 at Yardley and District Darts Team. In addition to losing the fixture they have also lost the number one spot in the division to Custard House who had comprehensive 7-2 win at home to Maggies. Bottom of the second division Redhill Tavern Flights chalked up their first win in nine when they won 5-4 at home to Shannons.

In the premier division Saltley Amateur Gardeners made it nine wins in as many games, a convincing 8-1 victory at Red Lion, who are fifth in the table to uphold their four points advantage over Mackadown Social and Olton RBL, who in turn beat Crown ‘A‘ 5-4 and Iron Horse 6-3.

Highwood had a close 5-4 home win against Yardley Ex Colts to stay on top of division one, but only on average from Kingshurst Labour Club who won 7-2 against Willclare Sports and Social.

With Beaufort Social Club having a bye this week in the Small Heath League, Mitre took full advantage beating Redhill Tavern 7-2 to take them back into pole position with a superior average and still a game in hand of Beaufort.

Potcheen Still moved to within two points of the leading duo with a 5-4 win over Custard House. Emerald Club beat Wagon and Horses by the same margin.

The Four Oaks and District League produced wins for the leaders of all three divisions this week. In the first division Sutton Sports had a 6-3 home win over Cross Keys PPA stretching their unbeaten run to five games. Red Lion Flights secured their first win of the campaign against White Lion, a 7-2 home success, father and son T and D Vickers both recorded a 180 for White Lion.

Division two leaders The Fox had a comprehensive 8-1 home win over Deer’s Leap Stags making it six wins in a row and their K.Shepherd not only hit a 180 but also chalked up an eight darts game.

In the third division top team Drakes Drum had a tough away game against third in the table Royal Oak, but nevertheless returned with a 6-3 victory, C. Turnbull recording his third maximum of the season for the leaders.

Rileys Red Arrows, march on at the top of division one of the, Forest of Arden Winter League, adding a 7-2 win over Highwood Arrows to their previous three wins to keep them in pole position on 8 points. Old Bill and Bull, after a 6-3 win at Victoria Flights stay second two points behind Rileys. At the other end of the table it was Sheldon Arrows who got the better of the 5-4 verdict against Golden Acres who remain at the foot of the table.

In division two Sheldon Flights made it four consecutive wins when they beat Greville Arms 7-2 and Harvester hang on to second place following their close 5-4 verdict at home to third placed, Rileys Flights.

In division two of the Pip Club League leaders North Warwick Cricket Club were surprisingly held to an 8-8

draw at middle of the table Two Gates Club and now have just a one point lead over their nearest rivals Kettlebrook Club who had a massive 12-4 home win against third placed Gate Inn.

The top two teams in division one both won, Red Lion ’A’ beating Queens Head 13-3 and second placed Glascote Club winning 9-7 at the Three Horse Shoes.

No change at the top of the Gulp League as all of the top five teams recorded wins. Leaders Tribe won 6-1 against Pickwick, Trotters had a 4-3 win at Devils, there was a 5-2 success for Lions against Roost, hile St Andrews won 4-3 at Shaftmoor and fifth placed Rebbels won 5-2 away to Beasts.
