1. What are your delivery timescales?
Your goods will be despatched within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends, holiday periods and bank holidays). Your goods can normally be expected to arrive within 2 days of despatch. Larger items such as dartboards will be delivered within 2 days via courier. Red Dragon cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier providers. Please note if your order contains personalised items despatch can take anything up to 10 working days. If you live outside mainland UK (Isles, EU or Non EU) your order will be despatched between 24 and 48 hours (excluding weekends, holiday periods and bank holidays) using the most practical service provider available.
2. My order has not arrived?
Please refer to our delivery timescales as above. If you still have concerns please call us on 01656 652121. Don’t forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out.
3. What if I am not home when my order arrives?
All small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail. All larger items or mixed orders are delivered via a courier service and will need a signature upon receipt. If there is no one home they will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
4. Can I have my order sent via special delivery?
You can have your order sent special delivery; however there will be an extra charge depending on how heavy your parcel is. If you would like your order sent special delivery please contact us on 01656 652121.
5. How much do you charge for postage?
Our postage costs are as little as £2.00. However, if you do live overseas such as Isles, EU or Non EU the postage costs will increase depending on how heavy your parcel is. If you are curious as to how much the postage is, add the item(s) to the shopping basket and select your delivery country, the page will then state the postage cost for you.
