Alan Towe’s The Line | Darts Review
Trina Gulliver came up trumps twice last weekend when taking the Dutch Darts Open Pairs with Worcestershire’s Zoe Jones against Lincolnshire’s Paula Jacklin and Sue Gulliver (unlucky Sue).
Then on the Sunday Trina, after defeating Anastasia Dobromyslova and Deta Hedman, reached the final of the Darts singles where she came up against Lorraine Farlam.
The first three legs of the best of nine final went in Trina’s favour, but Lorraine levelled the match taking the next three. The seventh leg was a tight affair with Trina just sneaking it. Then with a super thirteen darts leg in the eighth Trina, with a 5-3 scoreline secured the Dutch Open crown.
Big Congratulations to Trina on her fine victory
